The 2005 Nissan 350Z was celebrated with a thirty-fifth anniversary model. Obviously, the 350Z itself hasn’t been around that long, but it has evolved out of the Datsun 240Z which was first brought on the market in 1970. Other than the introduction of the 35th anniversary model, there were not any huge changes in the 350Z in 2005.
The car was already very popular, and it didn’t need to be improved much. A monitoring system was added for tire pressure, and some minor transmission changes were enacted in both the standard and automatic models of the car. It also came for the first time in 2005 in a fantastic yellow exterior color.
The 2005 Nissan 350Z anniversary edition had minor changes from the base model that boosted it to 300 hp instead of the regular 287 hp. These cars still carry on the tradition of being great driving, great looking, and reasonably priced vehicles, even after 35 years.
